Every owner should have one of these :)

Had a small hydraulic leak from when REV worked on the system and went to pull the slides in... no joy !!!!

Looked at the tank and it was low ...

So got the pink stuff and this hand pump and easily pumped in about a quart to get us going... (never put too much or it will ruin the electric pump!)

Can't imagine the gyrations a funnel would have had to do to get there - even a bendable one!

I was looking at one of those pumps to pump the fluid out of my hydraulic reservoir, but there were so many bad reviews I didn't buy one. It's good to hear they work.

I have the Harbor Freight version. It does a good job for a cheap pump. The ends come off for cleaning, you have to be careful they don't come off while pumping.

Bought that pump at Harbor Freight for @ $5.00 to refill my Aqua-Hot and was surprised at the results...worked great.

Haven't used it since to see how it works a second time but for @ $5.00 made life easy ...even if only works once decent deal IMO.

Happy Trails

Call Roger or ping him at his website. Use can reverse the pumps to suck the fluid back in to AH.

Yep! I've used my neighbor's and it works just fine. I'm going to buy one now.

I use a red plastic squirt bottle like you put ketchup in. it works fine putting fluid in the leveler tank which is behind the engine battery.

I have the same hand pump. I just used it to pump in 40 qts of engine oil into my Beaver (Cat C13) - as the oil fill opening on the engine can not be reached with a funnel.
My arm got a good work out that day. But the pump held up fine.

My hydraulic reservoir is low in the radiator bay, so I can pour right in without...but those are nice when you want to pump OUT old stuff to get some NEW fluid in. Have a vacuum pump I used for bleeding motorcycle brake lines; used it to remove the old black stuff so I could put clean stuff through the pump, 1st time I fired it up a couple of weeks ago.
