Yes, The rear air bags were deflated and the previous owner drove it. Cost me a few hundred to fix.

My air bags were at normal drive height. This last time was on a dirt road going down into a campground. I'm thinking about being able to by pass the drive when in the raised position. Just to get through those low spots.

Is this just a problem for us with the ISM engine and triple axles?

At least the exhaust pipe saved from hitting the engine oil pan. Now that would have been a big $$$

Yes, my ism 500 exhaust was folded like that but my brace on the left of your photo, was no longer straight up and down.

Also, the joint at the turbo was impacted. I didn’t want to chance turbo issues.

When I was at cummins, I had them replace the lower pipe. They wanted to use a Monaco pipe that was outrageous expensive. I found a truck exhaust supplier a few miles away that had all the parts to fabricate a new exhaust.

Cummins put on the new parts but dropped the entire exhaust to be lower than the strut on the left of the photo. I went back and had them improve (raise) but I will have a different cummins shop rectify for a final solution.

I don't think my exhaust sits that low when coaches is dropped. I'll have to check it out.

Cummins fix raised it about 3 inches. It is still lower than the protection bar.

Yes, I replaced the exhaust from the turbo to the muffler and snugged it up near the oil pan. It was just hanging down too far.

FleetPride Home Page | Heavy Duty Truck and Trailer Parts had all of the exhaust pipe and clamps.

I lowered mine this weekend. Mine will not go as low as your. My rear flat just touches the ground.

My son and I pulled the damaged pipe out this past Saturday. We found that the down pipe from the turbo had been cut off in the past. Also found the pipe bent back to far.
We removed the down pipe. Cut the end of straight and then bent the down pipe to the correct angle. Remounted it & now just waiting on a short section of 5" flex pipe to finish up the perair. I'll post a picture when completed.

Hmm, haven't seen that with my rig and my ISX sits pretty low. Will have to see if it might be a problem.
