Guaranty RV Service in Yuma treated us real well and took care of our repairs in a couple of days. There is parking for people who live in their rv's.

Guaranty RV Service in Yuma is only open during the fall through early spring season for the snowbirds like us.

It is located on 32cnd Street just east of the airport.

We had some issues on our long haul home from Mesa AZ. Stopped at Travel Country RV, in Lake City, Florida. Just south of I-10 on I-75 first exit. Great operation. Glad to help us and their shop was busy and the greeting was as if they wanted our business. This is my kind of service facility and people.

Monaco Las Vegas, a Monaco Sales and Service Center on Dean Martin Drive, did a wonderful job for us.We had an electrical short somewhere in the headlight system in January which toasted our rear view monitor. This was before Monaco showed any signs of financial problems. The team at MLV worked for two days, trouble-shooting every area they could think of, and replaced our monitor, all under Monaco warranty. The problem reappeared a few months later in March, burning out another rear view monitor in the process. We returned to Las Vegas and they quickly got us in. Amazingly, they agreed to do the work on us under another warranty ticket, even when they were aware Monaco wouldn't, in all probability, reimburse them for their parts or labor. After two more days and installing another new monitor, we were sent on our way with everything now working great. Brand new, multi-bay shop with all Monaco trained tech's, the people there are friendly and the Service Manager, Andy, did a great job in keeping us informed. No camping on site but they scheduled appointments to fit our convenience. Good, honest shops need to be recognized in our RV-community and this is one of them. We will definitely use their services again if we are anywhere in the area.

Cummins Power Systems in Harrisburg, PA was great. In addition to engine related items they can work on most of the rest of the coach. My list included AC, reefer, water pump, air horn, and slide out motor. They have 10 50 amp parking spots in front so you can stay overnight for the first appointment. Can pick up wireless signal from Marriott across the street.

If in the Lancaster, PA area use them. Recently had a slide problem (floor seperated from wall) and a couple of other minor ones fixed by them. Being from out of state, I arranged to park in their lot (50A, water, sewer) night prior to appointment. Techs started promptly at 8am and were done by 11am.

Full line HR dealer for many, many years. Sponsoring Dealer of the Ramblin' Pushers Chapter 419. Was told they have met with Navistar and will be a part of their dealer network.

Thanks go to John (service mngr) Tina (parts mngr) Frank & Steve (techs)

Word on IRV2 and other web site going around that Elkhart Service and Collision closed their doors. This is not true - talked with JD Adams (service manager) and he assured me that was not going to happen - they are moving locations to better serve their client base. New location address and other info to follow - their listed phone number does work - as I said before they really provide top notch service if you are in needd.

We have to put a word in for 'Precision Frame and Alignment' in Elk River Minnesota. We just left there after our second appt in three years and highly recommend them as being one of the best in the business. Dick gives seminars throughout the US on Coach Chassis' and knows his stuff. We had our coach four cornered weighed, tire pressures adjusted according to the tire Manufactures charts, alignment checked, kingpins greased twice, complete chassis lube, differential checked and brake system flushed and fluid replaced on our motorhome and our Honda CRV. One of the coolest things we did there was correct a vibration in the front end of our Trek by spin-balancing our steer wheels while on the coach. Dick also adjusted our SteerSafe steering stabilizer (Love this product!!) and replaced all the rubber tire valve stems on our CRV with steel ones. As before, the cost for Precision's excellent service was very reasonable. There was a 45' Prevo having new front tires put on in Bay #1, a Monaco Diplomat was having their frame straightened in Bay #2 while we were being taken care of in Bay #3. They have two 30amp hookups and free WiFi for those that need to spend the night. Overall, a great, clean shop with friendly knowledgeable people, and excellent service at a good price.

Anyone know if the Monaco service center in Wildwood, Florida reopened?

I can say they helped me in the past with some repairs that the dealer, North Trail RV, screwed up.

The Wildwood service center was sold and I've been told that the person who bought it was going to open it up as a repair center, it just won't be a "Monaco Service Center" like before.

Service facility now open again as a private business. Originally built as a Monaco brands warranty center in Wildwood, FL they did it all. Run by Brett Howard, the highly skilled and knowledgeable techs fixed anything and everything on Monaco products.
Brett and his crew re-opened yesterday under the name Alliance Coach.
If you have anything broken on your motorhome and are heading south for the winter you are very lucky. You can get it all fixed! Call them at (352) 516-4144. They have a nice campground for you to stay in while the work gets done.

Great news and very happy that Wildwood has risen from the ashes and is open again dba Alliance Coach. We had some work done a couple of years ago and Wildwood was a very well run facility. You are right, they do have a great campground. I talked to Brett and have scheduled a slot in November to have some work done. It also looks like their pricing is MUCH better than when Monaco owned the facility and they are willing to do some mods that Monaco could or would not do. We recently bought a place in Mount Dora and Alliance is a straight shot on FL 44 and about 30 miles from us and this will be very convenient.

Monaco Service centers

Now that Monaco Coach is gone does Monaco RV LLC (Navistar) have any service centers where we caqn get service? Do the Navistar locations work on RV's?
I may be fortunate in that there is a Cummins Coach Care facility less than 30 miles away from home. I think they can handle most coach repairs and of course engine work.

Hossandjo....I believe Monaco RV LLC has only reopened the Coburg, Oregon location for some service work. The best way to find Monaco's recommended "Service Centers" is to use this locator.

Many folks also recommend Cummins Service Centers - especially for any engine work.

Good Luck with any future repairs or servicing you may have done!
