In another thread I describe how I knocked a big hole in the bathroom sink.

Sink Repair Advice

Erik came to the MoHo at the RV park, took out the solid-surface counter top, cut off the damaged bowl, glued in a new one, replaced the faucet, and polished out the whole deal.

It all looks better than new, done at a modest cost, while accommodating our schedule.

I did a search here for Springfield, MO and found no reference to a service center. So, does anyone know of a GOOD place to get the oil and filter change done on a Cummins diesel engine?

If in the Lancaster, PA area use them. Recently had a slide problem (floor seperated from wall) and a couple of other minor ones fixed by them. Being from out of state, I arranged to park in their lot (50A, water, sewer) night prior to appointment. Techs started promptly at 8am and were done by 11am.

Full line HR dealer for many, many years. Sponsoring Dealer of the Ramblin' Pushers Chapter 419. Was told they have met with Navistar and will be a part of their dealer network.

Thanks go to John (service mngr) Tina (parts mngr) Frank & Steve (techs)

We purchased our new coach from Mellott Bros. No pressure, no haggling, easy to deal with and a pleasure. They took care of our service problems with the new coach. Nice people. Definitely recommend.

APR RV Mesa Arizona

On a Sunday while in San Diego I found I had a leak behind my shower. We were heading to Casa Grande Arizona on Monday so wanted to find a service center in the Arizona. Check the HR web site and they listed McMann RV in Mesa as an authorized service center. First thing Monday I called they directed me to APR RV who does all there work and is the authorized service center. Call them from the road and told them the problem and said we could be there by 1 PM. They said to come in and they would look at the problem, but might not be able to fix it until Tuesday. They told me they had a site to park in over night. They were able to find the problem, leaking fitting on shower valve, in less than an hour. Could not finish the fix till next day so parked with electric and water. They had everything back together before 9 am next day. Total bill was $119.00 (1 hour labor). I would recommend this shop for repair work the got me right in did the work quickly and kept the charges low, you can't ask for much more.
Here is their contact info
APR RV www.aprrv.com phone 480-962-1661 located in Mesa Arizona

I realize it is a bit of a drive, but I had my Onan generator serviced recently at Cummins Mid-south in Columbia and was quite pleased with both the price and performance.

The wife and I just bought a new 2012 HR Vacationer this past October at the Pomona RV Show and took it out on our first trip to the desert for our family and friends get together for a week over Thanksgiving. Found quite a few things that needed to be addressed for the warranty. While trying to deal with the dealership we bought it from and trying to get in was extremely difficult to say the least..no call backs plus was having issues with them even honoring the Due Bill.. I have never been so ticked off having to deal with these people, so I called Monaco directly and asked if there was another service center to take the RV to. They directed me to
Redlands Truck & RV .....Wow, what a difference when a service center really cares about the customer and their needs. Monaco rated them as a Tier 1 service center for them....Thank you Monaco..............

SPOED- we also just purchased a 2012 HR Vacationer - but we are on the east coast.
What model do you have? And what warranty issues did you encounter? We have the 30SFS.

Thanks...

4Fun, we bought the 36SBT. Taking the new RV out for a week dry camping really gave us a chance to notice things that weren't working or right. Most of it being small stuff, but none the less annoying. What gets me is that the dealer made us wait an extra week to pick it up because they wanted to make sure the rig was ready to go with no issues......... .......Black tank sensor didn't work, water leakage under kitchen sink, some lights didn't work in the RV, more that a few bay door key locks didn't work, cracked sewer plate, rubber trim feel off after a few days where the outside entertainment center is, headboard in bedroom wasn't mounted on tight and rattled real bad during travel, plus three locks for the drawers were no good, so during travel they would slam open to slaming close.... Like I said, not really a big deal only because I knew there would be some issues, but Monaco is taking care of them. As far as the dealer, no thanks. They lost our bussiness forever and I will drive whatever the distance is just to not deal with them.........
