This is a great site to post your reviews and read the reviews of others on service centers across the US.

I can tell you shere not to go in Las Vegas! Las Vegas RV @ Camping World. Their work is sloppy and they don't know how to fix things. Their service writters also know nothing!

If your in the Yuma, Arizona area I would highly recommend Ron Pierce who owns SunBum RV repair and service. Ron was a Monaco service technician for 15 years. His contact information is on the following website: - Home. Most of the big RV dealers in Yuma are all about sell, sell and sell and do not have certified coach and chassis technicians.
I was also very pleased with Rush Truck Center who repaired a rear drive axle seal on our MH. Their shop is clean, professional and work was done in reasonable time and at an acceptable cost.

If you’re in the Virginia Beach, VA area (S.E. corner of VA) and need some professional work done try Eric's RV. Personally I've never run across someone as dedicated as Eric is to helping people and getting them back on the road as soon as he can.

Good places

Gotta love this site. I just made copies of all of the "good" places to stop at if in trouble from Maine to Florida. A "just in case" preventative maintenance thing. Thanks for all the input.

Here's my go to guy, from Ct I go to "RVs R Us" in North Oxford, Ma, 727 Main St (Rte 12) right off of Exit 10 on the Mass. Turnpike. 508-987-7760

Mike Camuso is a former Monaco tech with a great reputation. He works with his son "little Mike" who can do just about anything. The front office is staffed by Shelly Travers who has all the knowledge you need.

RV Glass Solutions in Phoenix is great

We had a very badly fogged window replaced by RV Glass Solutions in Phoenix today. They couldn't clear the fogged glass because the prior owner let it go until it etched the glass. They had a piece of glass that was for a 2006 Fleetwood Discovery and fit our 2007. They made templates for the others to be replaced since they have to order the tempered glass and it takes a couple of weeks to get in. We'll get it installed on the way back West in the Fall. They said to call a month ahead and they'd order it then and have it ready.

Great service and very nice guys. We worked with Dave. If you need glass work done in the Northwest, they are also in Oregon.

RV Maintenance Centers

I can't recommend Wheeler RV in Las Vegas. They don't know what they are doing and the Service Mnager is the biggest jerk I hav e ever met!

I don't know if this place qualifies as an Official Monaco Service Center but they get the job done. That is Wilson's RV Repair on Federal Way in Boise. They beat the dickens out of those rascals on the freeway in Meridian who charge $150 an hour and sound like they are doing you a favor.

I just had a tire tread seperation on one of the the Goodyears which did $900 damage to the inner fender, generator and engine exhausts. Wilson's got me in quickly and handled all the insurance claim stuff. (BTW, I bought six Michelin XRVs and tossed all the other Goodyears the next day.)

A list of the good guys in various states would be invaluable. Any one put one of these together to share? deSanford

We just got super lucky and found a great repair shop in Buckley WA, so I thought I would let people know. The place is called Mike's Shop and the owners are Mike and his wife Amy. They did a super good job on our MH a few weeks ago, we needed new seals, 4 new break shoes, there was a problem with the front AC and Mike fixed it (part is incoming but he made is usable), we had him do the oil change too since it was in. Nothing on our Windsor is small lol 22 Qts. of oil for our rig and 4# of refrigerant for the AC, plus all of the parts and labor and we left there under $1200. Not bad since we had been quoted $650 just for the seals from someone else. We still have a part incoming and so when that arrives it will cost a little more, but as I said Mike made the MH ac/heat usuable till it comes in.

They are extremely honest, knowledgable and efficient! Give them a try if your in the area.

They are currantly replacing the manifold and radiator on our rig.
