Firestone Intelliride

If you have a firestone system, do you leave it on while driving or turn it off? The book says to turn it off another place doesnt say. We are air level only.

There are 2 sets of lights on the intelliride panel. The one on the left is the one you select to set the proper ride/drive If you forget it sets itself at about 8 miles per hour if you have turned it on. The one closest to your knee is for leveling once parked. Turn this one off before leaving the parking spot.

I think you will find the on/off switch needs to be left on while driving, because your system needs to constantly adjust while in motion. You might call the Intelliride folks about this. I’ve used mine for 13 yrs and find that to work best.
When I’m parked and leveled, I turn the switch off to keep it from constantly readjusting for movement in the coach. BUT, remember to turn it back on to set to ride height and travel.
