The only thing I would change about the 38PLT floor plan is: I would delete the table and chairs in the back bedroom and replace that with a full width closet and wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors. For us, the table and two chairs are totally useless. We would much rather have more storage space for our clothes because we like to do extended stay camping. Chuck/Bagman57
