Flat Floor Question

Hello - I have an 04 Windsor with a living room slide on the road side that has a flat floor. The slide is dragging on the carpet and/or dropping on the forward end.

I can see the 'ramp' that lifts the slide as it starts in; but once the ramp is up, where are the rollers that support the slide ??

Thanks

Alan

There are no rollers on that slide. The bottom of the slide is a slick plastic material and it slides in directly on the carpet. If one end of the slide is diving down and marking the carpet then I would purchase a set of "slide slickers" which you can put down for the bottom of the slide to rest on.
