2500-3500 to have someone else do it. That would include towbar, base plates and braking system. I don't remember the exact number but it was around 3000 to have our Explorer done.

I set mine up myself on a 2014 F150. Roadmaster Blackhawk 2, base plates, wiring harness, RVI2 brake system, $2700. Saved about $800-1300. I enjoyed the work, but maybe not suited for everybody.

I tow a Ram 1500 4x4 using the Roadmaster Black Hawks tow bar with the Air Force One braking system. I did all the work myself. The tow plates were about $400 with the tow bar around $950. The braking system was around $900. I ordered everything from ETRAILER. They will match any lower price plus 10%. Very happy with the set up.

I also spend about $350 for the wiring, tow cables, and locks.
