So i have a 2003 Monaco Diplomat 38pbdd, yesterday after get on shore power, later that night about 11pm our lights started flickering then they went out for about 5 seconds, then tonight it went out all the way anything that got to do with 12 volts. The house batteries are showing 6.71- 6.77 volts. But tonight when we lost all 12 volt power i seen the ems wasn't working neither. Also the monitor board was out to. Im enclosing pictures and video of it any help will help?

Sounds like your "Salesman switch" solenoid is going out! Turn the switch on and off a few times, see if things get better? If not, you can by-pass it till you can source a new one! Just locate it, listen for the clicking, while someone is turning the switch on and off by the front door, the solenoid will be in the front bay drivers side, under the drivers window, I think, on your MH. You can take all the wires off one side, and put them on the other side, making them all together! It will be the solenoid with the purple wire going to one of the front terminals!
My lights were flickering, like yours, and it was this solenoid, I by-passed it, and it is still this way! Hope this is what is wrong with yours! Rail!

Welcome to IRV2! Did you check the battery voltage with a voltmeter at the batteries or are you reading that on a monitor panel?
