Take a look at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park in Key Largo.

Beverly Beach CG near Flagler Beach is RIGHT on the water. Should be warm at Christmas. The ocean may too cold to get is though.

This is a great place but be warned that this is the most crowed time of the year for Disney. The wife and I went about two years ago just after Christmas and they would close the park to further admission at about 11AM in the morning because it would fill to capacity.

Bluewaterkey about 14 miles north of key west. The nicest campground I ever stayed at. Each site on the water has its own dock and tiki hut. Not cheap.

I was at Fort Wilderness two weeks ago and if you don't have reservations then don't count on it. There seems to be a campground about every ten miles along the east coast and the major cities in the west. The Keys are always beautiful. Other than that I would say that St Augustine has some nice campgrounds and plenty to keep the whole family happy.

Can't beat Marathon in the Keys. Some good RV parks and the kids will love the Dolphin Center and the Turtel Hospital, plus right on the water.

I think you'd be wise to call ahead and see if there is any space available anywhere at this time of the year.
