I had the same problem using Turtle Wax restorer on my jeep headlights.. They looked beautiful for a couple of months.. now, they are starting to show the uglies again. I'll re-do it again to see if it solves the problem permanently. Otherwise, I bought something for the RV fiberglass haziness. I'm hoping that'll solve that problem. I think it'll work on the jeep headlight covers.

Once the UV gets to the polycarbonate, no "fix" is going to last long. BUT, on ebay motors you can find about any of them, for not much more than one of the repair kits, then you are good for 5-6 years out in the sun, more if not in the sun. Find the part number on the lens, plug it into ebay motors, and it will come up with what that number was made for. Buying them out of a wrecking yard, may not be so good, you don't know how much UV damage they have already gone through. I also suspect you may pay more there than what you can get them new for off the internet!
Bill, GreatWhite, you can just look up for your jeep, you know what it is!
On the Newmar forum, a list has been started for the various models and year, and then what "car" headlight unit was used. (I added my Kountry Star 2 weeks ago.)
