Bob,
You are correct about the leak from the sink area. The faucet does leak on occaision and the water runs off the countertop down into the slide area below. I think I need to replace the cartride & lube the handle as you suggest.

Our Imp is getting to the age (5yrs) that the DC connectors are starting to build up a little resistance and need to be opened and closed to restore the good connections. Several things have ceased working and needed this fix over the last year and I suspect more will happen in the future. The latest is the connector for the One-Touch awning only I need a taller ladder for that one.

You might check to see if there is a kink in the plastic gas line hose. The front heater worked the first few times and suddenly stopped working. Went through all the trouble shooting stuff I could find. When I pulled the vent on the front of the bath sink the tubing did not look right but really could not see it very well. I pulled the heater partially out and, lo and behold the line was kinked. Looks like it took it awhile to totally shut off the gas. Replaced the line and it worked fine. Looks like it was kinked during installation.

Happy New Year!!! Glad to hear the furnace is working. If we could get to the Monarch we would really need it today. It was 6 when I came to work this morning, it's 12 now. I'm thinking about taking my thermals off....
