Fuse location 99 Diplomat

I own a 1999 Monaco Diplomat. I have the manual from the Monaco website for a 2000 as that is the latest year they have online. I'm trying to locate the fuse for both the dash blower motor, and the air dump. Both of which are shown in the 2000 manual, but are not located in the fuse panel located in the front roadside compartment.
Can anyone tell me where these fuses are located?

Willie raise the door on the fuse bay under the driver and look on the inside of the dor, should be a list lamated and attached there. If that don't work cut the key on and using a fuse checker light see what is blon.

Mine doesn't have the fuse layout there, I called Monaco (Have your I.D. number handy) they were very helpful.
