FYI Firestone tire sale.

I just called my local Firestone tire dealer and found out they are having a sale through 7/31. I assume (probably not good) that the sale is nationwide. I am replacing my Goodyear 295/80R22.5 front tires with Firestone FS400 315/80R22.5 on our 2008 Camelot 43PDQ. I have nothing bad to say about the Goodyears but have heard great things about the Firestone and with the sale they are considerably cheaper. Read the post below and everything I have read says the slightly wider tire on the front gives a lot of positive features and have not heard any downside. I will be using the MH in a couple of weeks and I'll post back my first impressions. Jim

What price did they quote you? Have you checked the FMCA price on tires?

There is no advantage to go with larger tires on a Camelot. Actually there is one advantage. The 315's are less expensive than the 295's. Have you tried to fit the 315's? On some units they rub a suspension component. Have you weighed your unit?

If they fit you are going to love the ride improvement.
