Generator slide out

The coach has been sitting for a few months over the winter and I have been running the generator slide out a number of times to gain access to the headlights for removal/ replacement. Now it seems to slowly creep out over several days. I run it back in tight only to have it do it again. Any suggestions on what may be the issue?

Possibly one of two things. Some debris caught in the valve body or some air in the system. Make sure your fluid reservoir is topped up. Run the slide all the way out and continue to hold the button for 5 sec or so after it hits the stop. Do the same going in. Try doing this a couple of times & see if that cures it. Also make sure the release screw on each valve is tight. If one has loosened up that could be your issue.
