GFI
I have a 40" Holiday Rambler 2001 Endeavor.
I'm not getting any electric to my GFI receptacle in the bathroom.
Can anyone help? Yes I checked the circuit breaker.
Thanks
Roy

Hi Roy! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!
Are you saying that you have not AC coming OUT of the outlet, or have you used a meter on the screws on the back and found that you have no AC going TO the outlet"
Have fun and keep her between the ditches!
Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

does the outlet you are looking at have a test button? if not, the actual gfi may be upstream on the circuit and the gfi needs to be reset
just guessing.....

Try to reset it. If you can't, try a screwdriver blade to push the reset button farther in than you can with your finger, seen that before too. Anything plugged in downstream from the GFI that keeps it tripped? Unplug everything close, as in bedroom, not just bathroom. If our bedroom tv is out, we go straight to the bathroom GFI. Check all GFI's & reset. Have seen GFI's in series and an upstream GFI tripped causing no power tot the GFI you can't get to work.

Make sure you didn't trip the breaker on your inverter.

I checked all the circuits in the braker panel. I didn;t know there was one at the inverter. I'll check it.
There is no power comming to the rear of the gfi braker at all. I back fed the receptical from a outlet under the camper.
Thanks to all for the help.

Try resetting the breaker even if it does not appear to be tripped. I just had that problem and sure enough that fixed it. The breakers even have little red thingys to show when they are tripped. Nonetheless, when I reset the breaker everything suddenly had power again.

Had that happen to me this past fall. Bought my coach used in June, and couldn't figure out why I didn't have power to a couple of outlets in Nov. Drove me bananas for about an hour until I read about the inverter having a breaker. Found it fairly quickly and got the coach back in working order. What a pain though!
