Girard Awnings

I need a little help with the Girard Awning on my 2006 Monaco Signature. I had replaced the batteries in the remotes while I was at home and all was well. I am on road and now trying to extend the awning and they now not working. Have read the manual, no help. I would not think I would need to reprogram the remotes? I tried the switches and still not working. I am connected to 50 amp power service. Any suggestions would be helpful, Thanks

Check your GFI breakers... sounds like you do not have 120V power to them.

This post is my opinion, worth what you paid for it.

Do you have one or two main awnings on the passenger side?
Do you also have Girard awnings over the entry door and windows?
Are any of the awnings working?
Are there also Intellitec pushbuttons for the awnings in addition to the Somfy remote, and do they operate with the Intellitec buttons?

What I'm getting at is the same thing Ivy pointed out. Girard awnings use 120V AC power and it sounds like yours are not getting power.
The control box for your main awnings is in the front most over head cabinet in the living room passenger slide out. (They usually keep the owners manuals in this cabinet.)
You will need to remove a carpeted cover to gain access and test for power.
But first I agree with Ivy. Check all your breakers and GFCI breakers.
