Going full time next year
DW and I will be going full time next year and I would like to hear some thoughts on were you good fokes like to winter and what the monthly cost is to stay at a place all winter.

Congrat's on your fulltime adventure next year  , we'll be starting next spring also, although will have to work until just after labour day weekend.

Congrats. We are planning to go full time by early next year as well. Slowly working on getting things in order at the house so we can put it on the market.

Lot of warmer places to spend the winters, and a lot of prices too.
Depends on what you like to do and if you plan to stay in one place.
1 month stay gets a huge price break most places , some offers of stay 3 months and the 4th is free. Park amenities, ( golf course, games rooms , pools etc. ) figure into the pricing. East , West or central southern states have advantages/ or not, depends what you like to do.

We won't be fulltime until next Sept. so we don't know yet were we want to winter at yet. There are so many places to pick from so we have some home work do do.

We winter mostly in the SW although we did spend one winter in S.Florida.
In the SW you can get all kinds of prices. We've stayed in Desert Hot Springs for $525/mo, in San Diego for $690/mo and on BLM land in the desert for free. We usually do a mix of all those. We love the space, nature and weather in the SW so that's definitely our preference.
Our one winter in S.Florida we spent $900/mo. We needed to be close to family in Miami so not a ton of options. We found it hard to find cheap (and yet still natural and spacious) accommodation down there, although I'm sure it exists.

We winter in AZ, like the Lake Havasu Area, we stay below Parker Dam on the Cal side, Prices in the area run from $300.00 mo to $550.00 Mo, If you like to fish its great.

Love being on the river. Not being able to cross the dam in the coach is a pain, but I guess I can live with it.
