The good news is purchasing an outstanding Holiday Rambler in pristine condition with only 23,000 miles fot $20,000 under NADA low book.
Bad news is:
While in the shop for the base line 24K service we found:
warped exhaust manifold causing exhaust leak
leaking trans seal
leaking air compressor seal = rear air not staying constant
rear brakes possibly bad
leaking oil pan seal
leaking trans pan seal

Sometimes not using a motorhome is as bad as running the wheels off it!

Well if the repairs are under $20K, you are still ahead.
