Great Looking Wheels

2005 Monaco Windsor 40 PDQ coated aluminum wheels. Some chips in the wheel coating is letting corrosive looking white to show. Is there a way to cover this small scratch or nick that has corroded? I will try some of my wife's fingernail polish if no one has a better idea. Jim 850-380-8001

Wheel Touchup

https://www.molotow.com/en/applicati.../liquid-chrome

This stuff comes the closest in color/shine and is by far the easiest. If really buggered two or three lighter coats until you get a good coat.

Amazon...Hobby Lobby...

IF Monaco would have installed rubber gaskets under wheel nuts as advised by Accuride a lot of this could have been avoided. Of course it depends too on where you live, drive, store, etc.

Wait for the bankruptcy settlement checks, new set of wheels on the way

I had a couple of really ugly spots...Dremel brushed the crud smooth then tried various paint to try to match the semi gloss of the wheels. Not real happy with results. Tried the Chrome just on the bugger and it was the easiest least noticeable.

Finally just put these on the front wheels Ebay..

Update of fix to my wheels. The problem was corroded spots of white looking crud. I used CLR to get rid of white corrosion then liquid chrome until it was covered. Wife let me steal her clear nail polish to cover and it looks pretty good. Thanks for each reply.
