Has Monaco Tech Support moved?

Somehow I thought they were in Oregon. I tried to call just now and it gave the hours of operation in Eastern time!

Hi Joe,

They moved the customer service operation, and the parts operation for Monaco and HR from Coburg, OR to Decatur, IN in early March in order to consolidate those departments with Fleetwood and American Coach. As you know, the manufacturing operations were moved to Indiana a year or so ago. Apparently, the Coburg repair facility will still be open, however, for all REV brands.

Many owners of original Monaco coaches have expressed concerns that customer service for the original coaches will suffer as a result of the consolidation. See this thread.

Coburg is still the place to go for service at this time. A new REV facility is being built near Vegas.

Yes he was very knowledgeable. Also Cory in parts research. He can find almost anything.

The two times I've tried to use the service was a waste of my time!
Called with a question a couple of weeks ago. Guy cant answer my question, tells me he's only been on the job for 3 weeks. Takes my email address, and will get back to me. Dont expect to ever hear from him again !!

Jesse was my favorite of all time.
I ask about him when I stopped in a few weeks ago for storage bay latches.
He is now retired.

just finished up a hail storm in new mexico last week. shattered my a/c shrouds. i called rev group for details on ordering replacements. the woman told me she would contact their research department and they would get back to me in a week or two. i don't think she understands the importance of these items. went to carlsbad rv center and they pulled up the info and i got them the next day. this is the 3rd time i've contacted rev group for info and parts and not had good results. perhaps some issues are not expensive enough for them to give better customer service

This is beyond ridiculous! Not only does she not understand the importance of replacing something like an AC shroud, but she apparently has no basic information of any components used in previous coaches. All ACs are off-the-shelf units. They obviously have no information whatsoever on older units. Very sad!

i tried to order a license plate light another time. after several phone calls to them over about a 2 week period, they finally told me they would have to order 500 of them to get me one. went to this forum and within a day or 2 i had multiple responses and replaced my light. won't be using their service again after this last debacle. their tech services have been great, but their parts service stinks
