Hats off to Monaco Support!

Called Monaco today with some questions about our "new to us" 2003 Windsor Monaco 40 PST. Didn't really know what to expect given that we were asking questions about a 13 year old coach and no warranty. The tech was friendly and welcomed our questions as if we were seeking information on a 2017 model under factory warranty! There was absolutely no implication that we were not welcome to call on such an aged unit and he was remarkably knowledgable on our specific model! Offered to email us complete wiring schematics. Actually he recommended we look into the IRV2 Website which we are already members of but wanted to give you all kudos as well! Your reputation precedes you even to the manufacturers!

Great place to go (Coburg Oregon) for factory service. We seem to always go up that way on the I-5 and stop at camp Coburg for something to get fixed. Always a pleasure and you meet some very nice folks. Sanford

Since you are a new Monaco owner, here is a commercial. The Ramblin Pushers owners club put on a maintenance session the first week of May every year. As the owner of a sister coach you are eligible to attend. Here is the info.

http://www.ramblinpushers.org/

This is the best education on coach ownership that is possible to get in one spot in a weeks time.

Last year I had a problem with my radiator cooling fan so I sent an email to Monaco tech. After a couple of email exchanges I got a phone call from Jesse who walked me through the trouble shooting.

Great Support, hope it doesn't stop.

Jason Gerke Monaco Tech is great. Excellent knowledge and better customer service.

I just yesterday talked to him about a couple issue I have and he sent me in the right direction to correct my problems. Wish I would have talked to him 1st would have saved me some money.

Monaco Tech is the Best

Since purchasing our '03 Windsor DST two years ago, I have called Monaco tech support dozens of times and have never gotten bad advice, bad attitude or indifference. Monaco may not survive, but I certainly hope tech support does.
