I do headlamp restoration, i do 4-6 cars/trucks/rvs a week, the only product I will use is prestproducts, it is the ONLY one that has passed a major OEM car companies UV test (4years). It's no cheap, you get what you pay for. The prestsproducts kit will do 6 or more sets of headlamps, great stuff!
I have no affiliation with prestaproducts i use it based on what i learned as a field service engineer.

I realize I am reviving an old thread, but I found it searching for a solution to my hazy rear orange lenses and red lenses on the tail of my RV.

Will these headlight solutions products (like the one linked below) that all seem to do a pretty good job with headlights clear the haze on my red and orange tail lenses as well and do a good job? Anyone tried it?

Thanks!

Deet kind of worked on one car, melted the heck out of a set on another car.
The rustoleum looked great tonight, will look in the morning

X2. Don't use any buffing paste at the end. Use a microfiber towel folded up to 1 - 1 1/12" wide. Mix two tablespoons of the above rustoleum with 2 tablespoon mineral spirits in a clean plastic cup. Wipe on horizontally and walk away. I recoated them a month later. They look like new on my 01 Dynasty. I had tried the 3 m kit before but it didn't last

The rustoleum kit I got had a pre- moistened towel. 1 time use.
