Headlights Randomly Turn On By Themselves

2008 Beaver Patriot Thunder headlights randomly turn on while headlight switch is off and no keys in the ignition. Anyone had this before?

If the headlight system has relays, then the activation side of the relays will have to be checked out very carefully.
Some relays can activate with as little as 0.2 amps of voltage applied. This can be a corrosion bridge internal in the headlight switch or anywhere external in the harness, leading to the relay, and be triggered by rain or even very high humidity.
Good luck on finding the exact cause, erratic electrical issues are a nightmare.

Now your talking , house /chassis battery system cross feed as well.

Do all the coach exterior lights come on or just the headlights ?
Any electrical 12v system work done prior to the start of the problem, even a dash radio change , alarm system install anything?

New to you coach , or new problem on a coach you've had for some time?

They do come on when the wipers are used and stay on until Ing. key is turned off. Maybe that's what your seeing.

I noticed it after it had been parked for a week. It is plugged in, key out, lights off. They eventually seem to go off and then a day or two later turn on again. The left headlight is very weak but the right one is bright. Is there a wiring diagram available for these?
