Billeehelm-

Welcome to iRV2!

A picture of the heater, and its specs, would help us give better advice. Instrcutions for adding pictures are here.

You should add a "signature" to your profile. It contains whatever info you want; most people put info about their coach there, so they don't have to type it into each message. Instructions for adding a signature are here.

Google search brings up hot water type heaters. If just the fan is out does it leak have you put a meter to fan leads. This part for 3 vent heater is reasonable IMHO as well as the matching heater core and box. It seems parts are available. Also my aquahot has fuses inside for each fan zone. If its small heater it might be like a 12V muffin/ computer fan. Not saying this is your part just example of parts available.

You might be able to source just the motor if its bad search brought some motors for single wheel blowers around $30.

Are you talking about the optional 110V electric heaters Monaco installed in kitchens and bathrooms?

The unit developed a bad leak. We removed and connected the tubes to eliminate leak but have no warm arm coming from furnace not sure if this is connected to that or if that is another problem!

That is a 12v unit. Not the same as a residential toe kick heater that runs off 110v.

With that said, I am sure it would be easy enough to replace it with a 110v heater. You can probably steal power from just about any source close by or run a new line.

What about the possibility of taking the core out and taking it to a radiator shop and having it repaired. Also may want to check on the Aquahot repair sites, They often times will have those both new and used, for sale. Might also find something in an automotive heater core that would be close in size to adapt as a substitute. Just some possibilities. Hope this may help, Happy Trails. Bert

I assume your Dynasty has Aqua Hot?
If so, that's an Aqua Hot heat exchanger. The fan is powered by 12v but the heat source is the Aqua Hot furnace.
Aqua Hot heat exchangers are available from several different sources.

Some folks install the new quiet heat exchangers in the bedroom to make sleeping easier. You could install a quiet unit in the bedroom and then install the old bedroom unit in your bathroom.

Used unit seems high but they want about same as new price for used Cozy 3 unit. Those look pretty close to yours. Some pages have the dimensions of Cozy 3 for you to compare. With glycol in AH and amount of use in a MH they /the copper should last indefinitely. Some copper tube low pressure steam heaters have been in service at work longer than 30years I have been there . Agree to see where leak is ,if soldered have re-soldered or brazed re-brazed. https://rvappliances.visonerv.com/cg.../M320503/s1.pl
