Heater stops blowing

2004 SIGNATURE DASH HEATER QUITS AFTER APPROX 40 MINUTES OF RUNNING ON HIGH(A/C OR DEFROST) COOLS DOWN AND STARTS AGAIN SAME CYCLE AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN GETS HARD TO SEE OUT OF THE WINDSHIELD WHEN YOUR DRIVING IN SNOW STORMS. I HAVE CHANGED RESISTOR PUT IN PART # 4C2Z-19A706-AA ( MOTORCRAFT) ???????????????? JOHN

John, does this happen in all selected speeds or just one speed? If it happens in all speeds then it is usually the motor. If one speed effected only then it is the resistor pack.

Your AC system was made by SCS Frigette out of Fort Worth which went broke. They have started up again as Victory Climate Systems but SCS is used in the link

THANKS Mike it is on all speeds i will contact Victory Climate Systems It appears I may have to remove the entire dash to get at it. Will ask that question when I talk to them Again thanks John

Just a question for you Mike We ordered our coach New in 03 Sig. Majastic 42' I can,t complain about it at all. We have just over 70 thou on it and runs like new and looks the same. Hope you have same story John
