Glad to have you here with us in the forum. You'll like it here.

An internet search will show quite a few RV salvage/parts dealers.

Happy Trails!!!

I've had good ar NAPA. You will likely need to know the thread dia. and the pitch along with the length before you go there

Good luck

Welcome!

I'm a bit confused, are you looking for lug-nuts, lug-bolts, or both? In any case, take off a nut and bring to an auto-parts store... they should be able to match up either. If a lug-bolt, measure the length of an existing one. Likely a common axle/hub, too - see if you can find what cross-references to it.

I went thru that exercise a long time ago with a travel-trailer. Paid an arm and a leg for a brake part for an older model, but later found the axle was from a Dodge - much cheaper prices when I reference those part numbers!

I'm guessing you're working on a travel trailer (is that you over on rvusa.com?). Most of the folks hanging around here are motorhome people. You're very welcome here, but you might get a better response on our 'Vintage RV' section.

Have you tried a tire shop they usually have a selection of wheel studs and nuts. If not they will most likely know where to get them.
