Unhook your SaniCon system and wash out both holding tanks well. Monoco puts a nut and a couple of bolts in every tank to see if you know how to how to take apart the SaniCon system and get them out. They also left the cut out hole disk in my tank and a test cable in someone else's.

bullydogs1,
Congrats on your new Endeavor. Safe travels.
Lukeaa gives a major word to the wise with that advice. Too many of us have learned the hard way about initial water only cleanout prior to use.

How true.
I'd recommend you keep that old reliable drain hose with you even after the initial cleanout.

We just got back on our shakedown cruise...there are about 10-11 issues...only two major ones..the wash machine bracket broke and there is a water leak that developed under the shower. The dealer will attend to them -- I hope...
That bed was so comfortable and the heat pumps kept it enough so we didn't have to fire the furnaces....
Pictures this week I promise....

Funny you guys mentioned the Sanicon...that was the first item on my personal PDI and it was AOK..The motor is a bit louder than I thought it would be but it works...but somehow the large sewer pipe blocks me from getting the sanicon tool out under the coach...I have to unscrew the big thing at the end and then put 1 inch pipe thru and reconnect outside..then I can close the bay door...again--not a bad thing just poor ergonomics -- If I am using a station or dry camp of course I don't have to do that but we like full hookups..Only took about 5 to 10 minutes to dump/flush tank and done. Monaco Mama asked about options...just about everything..note that they made a few changes in 2009 so no more Aladdin--you get the message center--no more aux blower at all (never used it anyway)...and no side shades but I am working on that.they went to zone defense camera system with mirror mounted cameras..and the LCI leveling which looks like the powergear system but vehicle must be running when you use it.

I had Monaco put in another 6 inch opening in the service bay so that I could avoid the problem you were speaking of. Matter of fact once I showed them how crazy it was not to have another opening they did it under warranty. Now I don't have to unhook the 3" hose at all.

I also added a 6" deck plate for that reason. Check out my pictures in this post:
