Help resetting alarm system

Had my coach in the shop for some paint work, and the coach batteries went dead. Now the alarm system wont work. The keypad and fob lock and unclock the coach, but there is no chirp and setting of the alarm when locking. I even locked it from inside and opened the door and didnt get an alarm so I dont think the alarm is working at all. Does anybody know how to reset it or turn it back on? Thanks...

Have you looked for a fuse for the alarm?

Yes, but no luck. In reading the documentation there is a control box somewhere for the alarm, but I cant find it either.

Cut the power to the alarm and re hook up and it might chirp then push the fob buttons within a few seconds. That will work for some kind of alarms.
