Help!! We have a ghost

Two days ago, the front door started to lock every time it was closed. Luckily the combination lock still works and unlocks the door. It's a pain having to unlock the door every time I want to go back in the coach.

Anybody got any ideas on how to correct behavior?

First thought was clean the contacts but that would not cause this problem. I would look in the passenger armrest and shake the controller and see if you could duplicate the problem. The solenoid is getting power when it shouldn't.

Inner panel comes off and the rods that go from the handle to the lock need to be adjusted

I don't know how it is locking by itself but if it is door adjustment try this video.

In any case, taking the door panel off you can disconnect the electric solenoid to see if it is being locked electronically or just some physical malady.

If you have a remote to lock the doors it could have a stuck button.
