Help! Where is the diagnostics port?

I have a ScanGaugeD to install on my 1998 Monaco Windsor. (Cummins 8.3, Allison trans on a Roadmaster chassis.) I have been through the coach thoroughly - under the dash, in the dash, in the shift console, in the passenger console, engine compartment from all angles, above and around the generator, in the forward bays, in the rear relay bay. I can't find one.

Monaco says there is one in the engine bay near the small transmission dipstick - I can't find it. They said there might be one in the fuse and relay bay at the center of the dash - not there!

The ScanGauge people sent me a cable to attach to the "Diagnostics" port above the accelerator pedal. It is a rectangular 12-pin, and does not operate the gauge, providing a 12-volt source only to the gauge. Monaco says it is an Allison diagnostics port.

I have probably spent 3-4 hours looking, and have my dash panel pulled out, fuse panel open, dash bottom out and both consoles still open.

If you have some knowledge, please help.

'98 was the year that Cummins started building the fully electronic version of the 6C8.3 which is known as the ISC. If your coach was build with the 6C8.3 then you don't have a port. If you down load the Cummins Quickserve app, you can plug in your engine serial number. Otherwise you can call Cummins with your serial number.

If your '98 Windsor is like mine it has a mechanical C8.3 as Steve suggested and it won't have one.

Thanks!

And if it does have one it might be in the compartment below the driver in the outside compartment. Just a thought.
