Help with Puck light lens removal

I've started installing LEDs in my puck lights and the first 3 went well but now I've run into puck lights with lens that I can not remove. When I turn them counter clock wise, it appears the whole light is rotating and I can't figure out a way to stop the whole light assembly from turning. I'm afraid, if I just keep turning counter clock wise until I get resistance, that I'll tear the wiring out of the assembly.
Anyone experience this and have a solution or suggestion?

The lights are held in place by spring retainers, just pull down to access.

Thanks Drifter,

That saved me from taking the cabinet apart.
