HID or LED low beam lamps?

2000 Dynasty. has the H7 bulbs for low beam.
have been looking at LED but they do not have all the parts for this at M4 yet.
Now thinking HID.
can anyone recommend a type and source for this year coach. My lenses need cleaned but that is a buff deal and can clear them up. Low beams are very dim on my lights.

Thanks for any input!
Rusty

Not that I can help you find something, but the first thing that comes to my mind when this subject comes up is ... " How easy is it going to find parts for what I purchased when something fails and Im in Timbuktu? "

Happy Trails
