Holiday Rambler '01 Endeavor Radio Issue

So I recently bought a '01 HR Endeavor and cannot seen to get the radio to play though the coach speakers. I know the coach was wired to play the TV through the ceiling speakers, but not sure if that even works as I do not have a satellite receiver box yet that would work with the TracVision satellite antenna on the roof.

There is a simple switcher box in the compartment above the passenger seat, but not sure that is even hooked up correctly, as all of the hardware has been removed, there are just a plethora of wires in the above console.

Any guidance on what to make of this?:

My 03 Windsor has what appears to be the same set up as yours .
I have a switch located in a row of switches below the radio , that is
labeled Radio / TV .
It switches the speakers from one to the other .
Your sw may be located else where and may not be labeled .
If you can't readily locate such a sw then I would try flipping
switches with the radio on .

RamiDav,

Unfortunately I do not have the buttons you are referring to under my radio. Only the A/C and Heater controls are beneath the Sony radio.

On my 2001 Scepter, the radio would not play due to one bad speaker in the bedroom. I had put a new bluetooth radio in (about $80) and it gave me a bad speaker code. Located the bad speaker, disconnected it, and now have sound.

I have the '01 Endeavor with a Sony CDX 1200 radio. The multi-plug in the back of the radio powers the unit plus delivers sound thru the front two speakers in the overhead above the captains chairs and to the 2 rear speakers in the bedroom. There is a switch in the bedroom to shut off those speakers.

67Fisher,

So my issue may be that I have no existing hardware connected to the radio that allows me to select what gets what signal. I bought a HDMI 3:1 switcher that also allows for the radio to be connected into the system, but have not had time to install it yet. I can say that I do have a switch in the rear bedroom that says "radio", however with I flip the switch, it kills power to the entire radio, not just turning off power to the speakers in the bedroom.

BTW- My coach has 6 speakers throughout the ceiling and I have not yet tested the individual speakers.

DAMN, as I make my interior repairs, I just want some music man....without having to use my little bluetooth speaker and cell phone!
