Holiday Rambler & Monaco Engine and ABS diagnostic buttons

On my 2005 Holiday Rambler 40DST does anyone know how to operate the engine diag and abs button on the dash? I looked in the owners manual but it lists a different procedure for Meritor ABS systems and nothing for the engine switch.

On my unit the switch above eng diag is for my Bendix ABS module.

I was told the diagnostic button was not operator usable, only accessible by techs on my 2005 Diplomat.
