Our 01 Dip is fogged at that same window. It must be a flexible portion of the chassis that breaks down the seal over time. I'm having a new panel made at a local glass shop (with auto safety glass) for $130 and going to install it myself, thanks for all the info.

I finally got my fogged window repaired. I was speaking with a friend who has a bus company and was telling him how hard it was to find someone who repaired fogged dual pane windows. He just laughed and said that he has this process done several times a year on his bus fleet that also has dual pane windows. He sent me to a local auto glass shop that did the job for $70.

If you have a fogged up window, try contacting a local bus/coach line and asking where they get theirs repaired,
