Holiday Rambler Imperial/Monaco??

I need some help please. I am looking at a 2002 H.R.Imperial 38PBD 370 hp. Cummins. When I try to look up on their archived brochures it skips 2002 and goes from 2001-2003 does anyone know why?Can someone please tell me which Monaco is this coach most comparable to? And if there are any issues with these year coaches? Thanks in advance for all the excellent input from all.Have a great day.

There is a group on Yahoo Groups (Monacoers) that can be of great help. They should be able to give you (and me) the right info.
Good luck and safe travels

The Holiday Rambler Imperial is between the Monaco Dynasty and the Windsor. Monaco upgraded the Dynasty to Tag axles in 2001 and the Imperial didn't get a tag for a few more years.

Brochures: The Monaco online archive is missing some brochures for certain years and models. Sometimes you can call them and get them to email the PDF files and sometimes you can find a fellow RVer that has one scanned in.

If you are shopping Imperials, make sure you include Dynasty's and Winsdor's in your search.

Thanks for your replies,I am looking at the Winsor, and Dynasty also. It's a challenge to find the right package(floor plan, engine, maintance records, price)and then the fun of trying to find financeing a 8 to 11 year coach. But I am going to find the right one for us.Love this site I have a lot of reading time here, even though I don't have a lot of post I have learned a bunch so a big thank you to all!!!!!!!!!!

We have a 2003, 41 ft Windsor. Only issue is the first owner did not get the recall done on the radiator with the trans fluid line running through it. We were not aware of this and had a critical failure of the trans line in the radiator that took out the trans. Almost $10,000 later we found out about the recall and by then it was too late! Make sure that both coaches you are looking at do not have this issue.

Other than the above, we love our Windsor.
