Holiday Rambler Neptune

July 20th we will be getting the Ride Enhancement placed on our 2007 m/h,last fall we had the Trailing Arms replaced, they were not cracked but better safe than sorry. What is bothering me is, I hope the RE is really worth it. I have read everything I can about the system and just hope we are doing the right thing. Well, in a month we will know if we did good or not, in my mind I hope that it will smooth the ride and some of the handling. We had the Arms replaced at Cummins Harrisburg Pa and really like the professional way the work was completed and the customer care we were shown, so we will be going back there for this new system. Just thought I would share this information. When we have this system I will let everyone know how it goes.

While I don't have a Neptune, there are people who do and I have spoken with one of them....it was worth it...certainly cheaper than getting a new coach. You won't be disappointed...also, the Harrisburg Cummins has a gentleman there who really knows his stuff...he was very nice to me and even sent me settings if I wanted to have my exhaust brake reprogrammed. (where I could coast with it off..)...Please post back and let us all know how it worked out.

We had it installed on our 2008 Monaco Cayman last year. Best $ you can spend on the RR4R chassis. The improved ride & reduced porpoising was unbeleivable. The handling in side winds was greatly imptoved. The coach wouldn't lean in corners near as much. Driving over a cement curb to enter our drive way before the r.e.k. was a snails pace crawl. Coach swaying back & forth as each wheel went over the curb. After the kit was installed crossing the same curb would put a smile on your face. You will be so pleased.

I am contemplating a REK also. What are the differences between the Monaco and Source kits? What is the cost of the two? Does Monaco uses off the shelf Koni shocks? Does anyone have OEM part numbers for the air bags? Are the air bags identical between the two? Any info and comparison would be appreciated.
