House Battery replacement
I am just replacing my 4 Sams Club Everyready 6vs in my Monaco Dynasty ('03). They've lasted over 3 years but I now find they are down to about 25% with a ball type hydrometer. I have to use a CPAP breathing machine at night and found the batteries did not last the night. The heater was running a lot because it was below 32 that night. However, I figure I had better replace and am thinking of Interstate based on some advice from those that should know. I don't dry camp much but if I need to, I would really like the CPAP machine to keep running. Any comments on this would be appreciated. We are now full-timers so are trying to learn better practices as soon as we can.

Do you have the T-105's or the UL16 types? Interstate is a fine brand and that is what I currently have in mine. They are a less-expensive type. If you are full-timing and will be plugged in most of the time, they should be good enough. Otherwise check out lifeline agm batteries. More expensive by perhaps double, but better batteries.

If you have the room and do not mind the cost put in L16HCXC 6 volt batteries they are taller and a little wider but will double your amp hour rating.
You will have to do some shopping to get the best price but you should be
able to locate them in the 280.00 or cheaper range each.

Nice battery but over 16" tall. Found them for $252.00 but to tall for me!

Some coaches can except the extra height and foot print with very little work.

You should look at your charging system. If you are using an old style converter to charge your batteries, they will not last to long. Add a 3 stage smart charger, around the same amps as your converter and turn off the converter. You new batteries will thank you.
Enjoy
