How do I Adjust DC Output voltage on Magnum MS2012

A friend has a Magnum MS2012 in his motorhome and it is set to AGM and the charge voltage is still not correct. No where in the manual does it tell you how to adjust the DC charge voltage. In the beginning of the manual it states to make you set the correct battery charge voltage per the battery manufacturer's specs but doesn't say how to do it. They also list an AGM2 setting in the controller but doesn't say what the difference is.

Are you looking in the inverter manual or the remote manual? Settings are likely detailed in the remote manual. As there can be differing remotes with differing features.

Does he have the Remote Control??

Configuring the Inverter
The MS Series inverter/charger must be configured for Low Battery Cutoff (LBCO), Shore Power Current, Charger Amps, Battery Size and Battery Type.
These operational parameters must be configured using the optional remote control.

EDIT: My 2 finger typing is SLOW LOL

Here is Remote Control Manual

Check the Battery Temp Sensor readout thru the remote.

If its giving a false reading to the inverter, the voltages will be wrong.

Another test is to unplug it and see if things normalize.

What is a normal battery temp sensor reading? My reading is in "counts" not degrees.
Is 230 counts a normal reading for 85 degree ambient air (not sure what battery case temp is).

To display the battery temp sensor reading (and FET temp) you hold the "meter mode" button for 5 seconds. Then scroll through the readings.

Thanks to everyone! We got it set by using the inverter remote control manual.
