How do I contact Monaco?

We have a new to us 2005 Diplomat 40PRQ that we got 2 months ago. It was a fantastic deal with only 42K miles and the Cummins ISL 400 engine. I'm looking to get the build sheet from the current owners of Monaco. It's been recommended I contact Fleetwood, LLC (current owner of Monaco). I have no idea how to call them, can't find a number to try. I looked at the Monacocoach website, it's asking for a "Monaco Coach Serial Number". Where can I find this number? Obviously I have the VIN, I have the model number from the front door tag (on the edge of the door) but where can I find the serial number?
Initially I'm looking for the original shock part numbers so I can order the correct replacements. I'm sure as time passes there'll be other things I'll need to know and it'd be good to have.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think the serial number you mentioned IS your VIN number.

Here is the tech support number:

877-466-6226

Fleetwood is not the owner of Monaco. They are both owned by the REV Group, formerly known as ASV. REV Group owns American Coach, Fleetwood, Monaco and Holiday Rambler.

The Coach serial number should be on a data sticker close to the driver's seat and on an RVIA sticker by the front door.

Congrats on your new to you coach ! Picking ours up from the shop this afternoon from some warranty work it needed.

All I had was the vin when I called Monaco,
they emailed me a softcopy pdf of the datacard WHILE I was on the phone! On it I found all the info about the coach, basically a build sheet with the mfg, model, and serial # of each item in the coach, etc...

Afterwards I found a 3 page printout of the datacard on the sidewall of the closet behind the spare dining chairs. (But couldn't read it from fading)

With the info on the datacard (the cummins engine numbers, etc..) you can register for free on Cummins quickserve and get all the engine particulars ('datacard' for the engine)

And with the model numbers in the datacard, you now can go to each of the accessory/appliance mfg websites and download the manuals for YOUR particular model... and build a folder on your pc with subfolders for each system like so:

You likely only need the coach ID/Build#, which should be on a sticker outside next to the entry door grab bar.

The Monaco tech support assisted me on troubleshooting an electrical issue I had with my slide outs. While on the road and getting ready to depart from our campsite the slides stopped working while retracting. They walked me step by step on locating a 20 amp fuse that was suppose to automatically reset. Ended up replacing the fuse with another 20 amp auto reset fuse.
