Who manufactured your slide? You mentioned "location of the resevoir and what oil to use"

Would it be Power Gear or EZ Slide System? Does your coach use the reservoir and oil only for the slide, or is it used for other coach systems?

My last coach was a 97 Discovery, and it used the EZ Slide. If yours is like mine was, I might be able to help.

I think you most likely have HWH. If it is anything like my Windsor, the reservoir will be next the generator. Oil to be used is debatable, some say just normal transmission oil, I use the HWH specific oil (which is actually reasonably priced).

I am not aware of any lubrication needed other than lub/condition the rubber seals around the slide.

I used a similar product as this, it sprays on but dries. This prevents the build up of dirt etc. I sprayed on the bearings, gear and rail.
