How to keep maintainance records
I know it is imperative to keep records of maintainance on these MH since need them in case of a warranty claim. What are most of you doing to keep those records? writing it in a log book and stapling the receipts using a loose leaf 3 ring binder or ?
thanks
Jim

I have a folder that I put all receipts in. If ever needed, I have it.

I've gone all digital, use my own spreadsheet and scan in all receipts, backups are stored on 3 different cloud based servers.
While going digital took some work it's been the best thing I've ever done. No need for file folders or extra space dedicated to a bunch of paperwork.

I believe in the old "KISS" principle, "keep it simple stupid". I just record everything in a plain old writing pad. Works for me!

That would be my suggestion as well.. in fact I plan on starting one for assorted reasons soon.
Open Office (most computer platforms) has Open Office Calc, this is a nice spread sheet program I use for many things.
On my Smart Phone I have Polaris Office, IT too has a spread sheet Saves files in microsoft format (So does Open Office if you ask it to)
The problem with "Expense Tracker" or other "Tracker" (Not to be confused with Tracker Software Corp) programs is that they are all someone else's idea of what you need to track.. So you will find many columns you never use and odds are several things you woudl LIKE to track,,, but can not.
A "Generic" Spread sheet program (Microsoft OFFICE Excell, Master Calc, Open Office, Polaris, Fill in the blank_____") lets you decide what to track and how to track it.
