How to open side radiator cover?

Is there a special trick/key/tool to open the side radiator cover?
My manual says the levelling pump/valves are located in the roadside compartment behind the rear wheel. That is where the radiator is located and has what appears to be a round keyed latch.
I need to check the fluid level.

Thanks in advance.

Go to any RV repair shop or dealer they only make a couple of keys someone who works on them can get you on the right track.

You will likely find your primary fuel filter in that compartment also along with the leveling system pump, air dryer, and hydraulic tank (filter inside) for the power steering.

As someone has told you, go to a dealer and purchase a barrel key that fits the two outside locks. There is another lock inside the door that the key also will fit.
