Some coaches have access panels in the wall behind the AquaHot that can be removed by getting under the rig. But yours may not.
If it turns out to be your culprit, the filler neck solder issue is very common, showing up numerous times in coaches owned by Beaver Ambassador Club members. The repair invention noted by 153stars may be a best-scenario fix well worth considering, and one or one like it I think some have used in the Club. If you can get the unit out though, a robust soldering repair is preferable.
