This is the repair neck I found and mentioned . It's costy but if you could do in coach, it would worth every penny. If removed from coach I would be soldering .

We had a coolant leak a few years ago on our 05 Dynasty. It was coming from the drain line located below the motor. Factory used plastic pipe which failed. Used parts and tools from Roger Burke to replace, just FYI.

My recommendation would be to Google Certified Aqua hot service people in the area as you may need it serviced as we as repaired.

Some coaches have access panels in the wall behind the AquaHot that can be removed by getting under the rig. But yours may not.

If it turns out to be your culprit, the filler neck solder issue is very common, showing up numerous times in coaches owned by Beaver Ambassador Club members. The repair invention noted by 153stars may be a best-scenario fix well worth considering, and one or one like it I think some have used in the Club. If you can get the unit out though, a robust soldering repair is preferable.

I have a 2006 Monico Dynasty and recently had a leak in my Aquahot. I was told there was a leak inside the tank and cost would be $13K. Took to another place and found the PVC drain valve had broken at the threads in the tank. When it heated up it leaked and when cool, no leak. If you have PVC, take it out and replace with a brass ball valve. They tend to break because the valve sits like a diving board and can crack while driving. Thats what happened to me. Then pressure check the system with water before you install the 18 gal of boiler fluid.
