How to replace a fan belt and A/C belt

Hi, I just removed my radiator to get it replaced. While I am there, I want to replace the fan and the A/C belt.
Do I have to remove the fan?
Where is the tensionner?

I have a 2003 Cayman Cummins 300 HP.

Thanks

To the best of my knowlage "NO" the serpentine belt should slip off the blades without removing the assy Slip the bellt down the fins and work it around
the tensioner is at the lower left side Looking at the engine from the rear. Approx 7 oclock, My one you use a 1/2 square johntson bar in the square in the tensioner
With the handle of the bar down, pull counter clockwise to release the belt tension
It is a good idea at this point to check the bearings on the tensioner It has grooves also the water pump it has no grooves on the pulley

GOOD LUCK

Dave

do you have a rear or side radiator? Side rad, you only have a serpentine belt that drives the Alternator and Water Pump. Fan has a Hydraulic Motor driving the fan.

This is a rear rad. It has the serpentine and a belt for the Air conditionning. Looks like I have to remove the AC belt to remove the serpentine?

Maybe I will just pul the fan off just to check things off, any recommendations?

Thanks
