If you get your transfer switch to work again, I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT transfer under load. If you're on mains power and want to use the generator, turn off all the loads in the coach - especially the air conditioners - before you start the gene. Also, when you are about to disconnect from mains - or turn off the gene - turn all the loads off so they're not there when you reconnect. Your transfer switch will last much longer.
When the transfer switch transfers under load, the contacts arc and heat up, and may fuse - which is probably happened in your case. If you get it working again you may have shortened its life. It would be a good idea to open up the transfer switch (with no power of any kind connected) and burnish the relay contacts. You may want to have a professional do it if you have not done it before. Otherwise, the contacts may heat under load (because of the previous pitting) and fail or even catch fire. (less likely)
Good luck!
