HWH 600 series air leveling, auto not working

I've read a number of posts on the general issue of misbehaving HWH air leveling, but none with my specific problem.

In a nutshell, my air leveling was working perfectly until yesterday, when I discovered while getting ready for a trip that my auto leveling stopped working. I have full manual leveling control, including all 4 corners and raise and dump. It's just that when I push the air button the second time to go to auto leveling, nothing happens.

My rig is a 2002 Monaco Dynasty, and is set up to level with the ignition off. I am very familiar with operating the system, I am very confident in what I am describing. Literally everything works except the auto leveling.

I inquired with azpete and he gave me some instruction for cleaning the electrical contacts, which I haven't done yet. Also have an email in to HWH. Just wanted to put this out there to see if anyone had this exact problem in the past and how you fixed it.

I hate it when these types of failures just appear out of the blue, but they always turn into a learning experience!

Have you checked the fuses in the controller box?

Another thing it might be is the control panel. ... or the connector to it. I had some weirdnessa while ago; som\e of the buttone were not working right and I don't recall exactly. I opened the panel on the side of the console & checked the connector; just hanging there, slightly loose. I disconnected it then pushed it in again and it was back to normal.

Agree that is a common trouble spot. I carry a spare panel and tried it, with exact same symptoms. Also, I put a small zip tie around the plug on my panel after it worked loose a couple of times.. no issue since then!
