Hydraulic Fluid Question

I just realized that the hydraulic shop that rebuilt my slide cylinders tested the seals on a jig that uses hydraulic fluid. That means they had a little hydraulic fluid in them when I bled the system after installing them. There wouldn’t be much because all three cylinders start out retracted. Is this an issue or no big deal? An internet search didn’t turn up any dire consequences of mixing the two in a purely hydraulic application like this.

I asked HWH about it and they told me ATF and hydraulic fluid were interchangeable. The only 'problem' with ATF is the red dye that might stain things in case of a leak.
